Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications and services for personal or internal business use.
We may offer free or paid updates to our applications but are under no obligation to provide updates. All title, ownership, and copyright in the Services remain the property of Envision Technolabs.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Services may offer premium features, subscriptions, one-time purchases, additional content, or ad-free experiences.
All purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider. We do not collect or store payment card information.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests for purchases, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

If you experience duplicate charges, failed purchases, subscription-related issues, or billing problems, please contact us at support@envisiontechnolabs.com before requesting a platform refund.
9. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled through the platform from which the subscription was purchased. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide refunds for previous billing periods.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENVISION TECHNOLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
13. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENVISION TECHNOLABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT APPLICATION, SUBSCRIPTION, OR SERVICE.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Envision Technolabs from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
17. Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
